That depends on the task, not on the model. First we look at which work costs the most time today and is easy to predict. Often that is an assistant that handles customer enquiries, automatic processing of documents, or an integration that combines data from several systems.
First we pick the process. Then we settle the conditions: where the data may live, what the model may see and who is responsible for what. After that I build a working version on real input instead of sample data, and finally we measure what goes well and where a person should take over. You talk directly to the developer.
